Jacinto Moros
Zaragoza, Spain 1959
From the Four Seasons Hotel in Madrid to the Whitney Museum of American Art, Jacinto Moros continues to thrill us with his personal homage to the curve. Ranging from wood and still sculptures to embossed paper artworks, his elegant and minimalist work evokes the law of physics around liquids and air, as well as the dialogue between science and nature.

About The Artist:
Born in the heart of the Iberian peninsula, Jacinto Moros began his career in New York before moving back to Spain, where he established his studio in Madrid.
He is known for his sculptures and embossing paper shaped with sensual curved lines. His whole artistic production is characterised by what he calls "the cult of the curve" (there are no straight lines in his works) as well as by a minimalist aesthetic that pays attention to the balance of compositions in addition to the harmony of curved lines.
His wooden sculptures and embossed paper artworks have become iconic, an unmistakable identifying feature of his artistic work. Jacinto has had numerous solo and group exhibitions in Spain, the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, etc.
